Order & Payment
You can order online securely through PAYPAL EXPRESS checkout. Simply enter your debit or credit card details and let PAYPAL do the rest. We will issue a confirmation e-mail to you upon receipt of your order. The price you pay for goods is as shown on our website at the time of order and includes VAT where applicable.
All UK and EU orders include VAT at the prevailing UK rate. Except for baby clothing items all our goods include VAT at the standard rate. We are unable to refund VAT on overseas orders.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your items as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2-5 working days for delivery from processing your order. All deliveries to the UK are sent via Royal Mail First Class Post, orders over £80 are sent special delivery.

Product Details
Our checking processes are designed to ensure that correct prices are published and the description of the product and its photographic representation is accurate. The colours shown on your monitor may differ to the actual colours of the garments due to technical reasons beyond our control. All sizes and measurement are as accurate as possible.
Returns
We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is faulty. If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
